When you are on your feet all day, daily activity, impacts to your feet and their work to support your body can cause the muscles in your feet and legs to become fatigued. This leads to what most people call "tired, achy feet and legs" that slows you down. This is most likely to occur when you lack arch support and when shock disrupts efficient muscle work. Additionally, lack of proper cushioning can lead to unevenly distributed foot pressure that causes daily bothersome foot discomfort.

Dr. Scholl’s® Custom Fit® Comfort Insoles can help! These insoles are customized for your feet utilizing your arch type and shoe size, to provide the optimal amount of comfort & support. They relieve pressure and deliver more targeted arch support versus one size fits all insoles. Each insole provides comfort & support for your feet where they need it most and prevent shock and stress from traveling to the feet and up the body. These insoles are matched for your unique foot geometry for superior comfort with customized layers of cushioning and arch support.

STEP 1

Remove your shoe’s current insoles; replace with custom insert, fabric side up. In the rare case that the insert needs to be trimmed, use the existing insole as a guide, tracing its outline on the bottom of the new insert.

STEP 2

Put the insert marked Left and Right in the appropriate shoe.

STEP 3

Place the heel cushion of the insert against the back of each shoe.

STEP 4

We recommend replacing your Custom Fit® Comfort Insoles every 6-12 months or at the first signs of wear. If your feet are a little snug in the first couple days of wearing your new inserts, this is normal. Please allow up to 1 week for your shoes to adapt to the use of the new inserts in your shoes. They are full length so it’s important that you remove the insoles that are currently in the shoe.
