How Custom Fit® Orthotics Work

Being on your feet all day can lead to aches and pains in your feet and lower body. A major cause is the impact of your feet hitting the ground and the shock that travels up your leg with every step. These insoles are customized for your feet utilizing your arch type, body weight and shoe size, so they relieve pressure and deliver more targeted arch support versus one size fits all insoles. Our 5-in-1 solution is clinically proven to provide immediate and all-day relief of 5 lower body pains caused by being on your feet: achy feet, knees, lower back, plantar fasciitis and heels. Each insole has three layers that provide support for your feet where they need it most and keep pain-inducing shock and stress from traveling up the body. These insoles are matched for your unique foot geometry for superior support with customized layers of cushioning and arch support.

STEP 1

Slide your Custom Fit® ¾ length insert into your shoe, fabric side up.

STEP 2

Put the insert marked Left and Right in the appropriate shoe.

STEP 3

Place the heel cushion of the insert against the back of each shoe.

STEP 4

We recommend replacing your Custom Fit® Orthotics every 6-12 months or at the first signs of wear. If your feet are a little snug in the first couple days of wearing your new inserts, this is normal. Please allow up to 1 week for your feet to adapt to the use of the new inserts in your shoes.
