STEP 1

Are the insoles in your shoes removable? Take them out first.

Step 2

Each pack comes with 3 Pairs. Be sure to peel the insoles apart – Separate each of the 3 pairs to get 3 left insoles & 3 right.

STEP 3

Trim insole to fit using a standard pair of sharp scissors.

STEP 4

Place your insoles into the shoe, fabric side up. Ensure that your insole lays flat against bottom of your shoe.

STEP 5

Enjoy your daily activities with comfort and protection!

Replace insoles every six (6) months or at the first signs of wear.
